• You will facilitate compliance with DOLE Occupational Safety & Health Standards (OSHS) guidelines.
• You will provide advice on measures to minimize hazards or unhealthy situations. You should be detail-oriented and ready to act in emergencies.
• You will establish a safe workplace according to legal standards and foster a culture of attention to environment, health and safety.
• You will develop and implement a construction safety programs.
• You will advise and instruct on various safety-related topics (noise levels, use of machinery etc.)
• You will conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures.
• You will review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation.
• You will initiate and organize OHS training of workers.
• You will inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g. not using protective equipment).
• You will oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substances etc.
• You will stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy.
• You will record and investigate incidents to determine causes.
• You will prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management.

• You must have a minimum of five (5) year experience in project construction safety and health
• You must be a licensed safety officer
• You must be a DOLE-Registered Safety Officer
• You must be able to create and implement project safety plan
• You must be a graduate of any technical and or medical course
• You must have good communication skills and proficient in reporting
• Residents of Batangas or those willing to be assigned in Batangas will be preferred
