• You will inspect, as frequently as prescribed by the Global Amenity Services on food preparation, handling, packing or selling of food within the specified area assigned.
• You will ensure that Sanitary Permits, Health Certificates and all laws of land on a hygiene perspective are being complied by the Food Business Operators, and carrying on business and report to the Global Amenity Services.
• You will develop, implement and manage effective food safety and hygiene programs to assure proper programs are in place to meet strategic goals and applicable regulations.
• You will procure and send analysis (when necessary) of samples of any article of food on the basis of information being received when the purchaser is being manufactured, stocked, sold or exhibited for sale.
• You will be monitoring, recording, analyzing, and reporting on the Food Safety and Quality System metrics.
• You will investigate any complaint which may be made to in writing in respect of any contravention of the provisions of the Act, or rules framed thereunder.

• You must have a bachelor’s degree in food science or bioscience is preferable, though a degree in another science (e.g., biochemistry, food technology or microbiology)
• You must be an excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You must be analytical, decisive, adaptable, ethical, a problem solver, and persuasive. The candidate preferred should be logical and has a systematic approach to problem solving.
• You must be able to write clear and concise audit reports.
• You must have successfully completed trainings as specified by the Food Authority in a recognized institute or Institution approved for the purpose.
• You must be knowledgeable about HACCP system
