Project Executive

• You will be assisting in all management activities including ensuring excellence in product quality customer service, controlling expenses, marketing efforts to build sales, equipment management, dining vendor’s coaching and counselling.
• You will be operating and maintaining kitchen equipment according to safe operating/cleaning procedures and manuals.
• You will be communicating to Dining Services Manager (DSM) any concerns related to the safe and efficient operation of equipment.
• You will monitor ingress and egress procedures of kiosks for reporting to DSM.

Job Qualifications

• You must have a bachelor’s degree in food science or bioscience is preferable, though a degree in another science (e.g., biochemistry, food technology or microbiology)
• You must be an excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be analytical, decisive, adaptable, ethical, a problem solver, and persuasive.
• You must have all around exposure in dining and was able to handle a team
