Responsibilities
- Ensuring that a construction project is completed on time and within budget
- Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project
- Ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met
- Progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs
- Liaising with the client, other construction professionals
- Coordinating and supervising the 3rd party suppliers’ installation works
- Ensuring construction and site safety
- Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
- Maintaining quality control procedures
- Finding ways to prevent problems and to solve any that crop up
- Assessing and minimizing risk
- Writing project reports and keeping on top of paperwork
- Helping in securing permits
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) year experience in project construction handling electrical and instrumentation works
- Graduate of any Electrical, Automation or Instrumentation Engineering course or equivalent
- Have good communication & written skills and proficient in project reporting
- Have knowledge in project scheduling using MS project or equivalent
- Have knowledge in construction health and safety topics
- Able to manage subcontractors and able to meet project schedules
- Able to monitor the progress and report back to the client or client’s representatives
- Preferably residents of Batangas or willing to be assigned in Batangas
Salary Package
PHP40k-45k
