Sales Assistant

Role Purpose
• Coordinates for the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
• Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Coordinating and informing clients of unforeseen delays or problems
• Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
• Works in coordination with internal & external teams to deliver a professional, high quality service level to end users
• Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the organization’s accounts, employees, client and staff information
• Assist in administering the implementation of programs and projects implemented by the department;
• Carry out other day-to-day assignments as tasked by his/her immediate supervisor
Key Accountabilities
• Manage and carry out Sales department’s activities pertaining to administration management not limited to PRE and POST client meetings, daily/weekly huddles, etc.
• Ensure a high level professionalism in the activities pertaining to sales and the management
Facilities Admin Tasks
• Creates a suitable environment and is responsible for the daily management of all facilities of the company, including security, maintenance, and other services.
• Uses best practices to manage and reduce operational costs
• Creates a budget for various facility needs and expenses vis a vis compares costs for said facilities’ various services and goods before recommending best options
• Handles certain administrative tasks such as preparing reports not limited to sales and status reports
• Responds to emergency situations or other urgent issues, if any
• Tracks the facilities up-keep a well as anticipating long- and short-termm improvements and maintenance
Administrative Tasks
• Assist in facilitating necessary permits/licenses from government(s) for building maintenance, utilities, official vehicles and other equipment;
• Assist in managing the organization’s facilitates, including premises and equipment; fixed assets inventory; insurance; and office renovations where necessary;
• Manages the assignment and dispatch of company vehicles
• Establish that administrative and human resources procedures follow principles of good governance while ensuring speedy delivery of services in the context of an emergency operations organization;
• Ensure adherence to the organization’s administrative rules and procedures;
• Coordinating, communicating with other departments/units to adhere to all necessary aspects of corporate affairs, in particular administration, procurement, human resources, legal, etc.;
• Ensure the organization’s preventive, safety and security measures are implemented;
• Develop, update in a timely manner and implement general administrative procedures of the organization
Other Tasks
• To participate in projects and working parties, or to carry out any other duties that may be outside the standard department, that will benefit the individual, the Division or the Company as a whole.
Job Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig City.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales – Corporate or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
Salary Package
PHP 25,000 - PHP 35,000
