• You must perform structural design and analysis calculations using different structural codes and standards.
• You must be willing to conduct site inspections and make as-built plans.
• You must be willing to sign and seal all the detailed design drawings and any related civil/structural documents assigned to you. You must provide PRC, PTR, ASEP membership etc.
• You must be knowledgeable in using computer-assisted engineering and design software like STAAD, ETABS, ACAD, spreadsheets etc. and preparation of calculation reports.
• You must review / make site Civil Works and Bill of Quantities.
• You must be knowledgeable with Soil Test Report / Structure Investigation Report validation and confirmation.
