• Meet with clients to determine details of manpower requirements and hiring timelines
• Seek out the most efficient and cost-effective sourcing channels to generate candidates
• Evaluate the qualification of IT-related candidates through documentary screening, interviews, testing, and background checks.
• Handle all necessary documents, including monitoring of the same, to ensure an efficient end-to-end recruitment process.
• Administer and maintain the team’s systems including, but not limited to, Applicant Tracking System. and Employee Referral Program.
• Generate recruitment-related reports as necessary
• Establish and maintain effective partnerships with the schools and other sources of candidates
• Conduct Job Fairs. Campus blitzes and implements other sourcing strategies to generate a target pool of candidates
• Perform other duties as necessary
• Bachelor’s/College Degree
• Must have knowledge in technical terms
• Must have experience in technical recruitment
