Jeanette Zulueta is Chairman and co-founder of Asia Peopleworks. She is concurrently Chairman of ZMG Ward Howell, an executive search firm; Asia Select Inc., an HR solutions company, and AsiaPeople Search, a mid-level volume recruitment firm. In her capacity as Chairman of these businesses under the ZMG Group, Ms. Zulueta helps set the strategy and overall direction of the companies.

Alex Genil is the Vice Chairman of Asia People Works. Concurrently he is the Group CEO of the ZMG Group. He has over 30 years of experience in retail, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, human resources, and general and commercial management. He supports the development of APW Tech, an IT Staff Augmentation, and ZMG Ward Howell’s Research and Talent Intelligence.

Hernan Saringan is the President and CEO of Asia Peopleworks and concurrently serves as the Chief Finance Officer of ZMG Ward Howell and the VP for Finance and General Affairs for the ZMG Group. He serves as the Chief Finance Officer of Asia Select Inc., an HR solutions company, and AsiaPeople Search, a mid-level volume recruitment firm operating under the ZMG Group. He has over three decades of experience as finance professional.

Regina Zulueta-Perlas is the Executive Vice President of the ZMG Group, she is responsible for driving the successful implementation of strategic projects, continuous excellence programs, and business growth. She also served as Head of Corporate Affairs, responsible for the company’s stakeholder relationships, corporate social responsibility, and business sustainability initiatives.

Anne Eugenio provides overall direction, management, and business growth of Asia Peopleworks operations for more than 16 years. She has over 33 years of experience in the fields of manpower services, financing, hotel and ship building. She previously held roles as director, accountant, and credit & collection. Anne also holds certificates on Current Good Manufacturing Practices and Basic Occupational Safety, Construction Occupational Safety & Health and Health issued by the Department of Trade and Industry and the Department of Labor and Employment. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce, major in Accounting from Arellano University.

Arabelle has over 21 years of experience in recruitment and outsourced staffing, and in client and partner management. She currently handles growth targets and business development for existing and new accounts for Asia Peopleworks. As a leader, she serves as people manager for recruitment teams, and has proven skills in coaching, development, and talent retention strategies. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Masbate Colleges, Masbate City.
